Only 40% Liberals Proud to be American: Why Do We Try to Placate Them?

This Fourth of July I am taking great pleasure in the knowledge that even after 6 years of the most left wing president EVER, liberals are still not proud of America, which suggests pretty strongly that they neither can now nor ever will be satisfied by any political solution in this fallen world; thus they need not be taken seriously, except as foolish and dangerous ideologues.  To paraphrase Mark Andrus and James L. Brooks who wrote "As Good as it Gets": how to describe a liberal: picture a conservative then take away reason and accountability.
